Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. You will be responsible for completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of bank procedures and products, as well as the ability to collaborate with partners across the organization. As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will support the Branch Manager in various operational tasks and scheduling, resolve issues related to the daily operations of the teller line, and provide guidance to customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints. Your role will also involve identifying information and services to meet customers' financial needs, motivating a diverse team to achieve their full potential, and ensuring that established business objectives are met. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent service to customers and individuals by building relationships and completing requested transactions with care. This position is not only about managing operations but also about fostering a positive customer experience and ensuring compliance with retail controls, risk management, and loss prevention. You will be expected to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. The role may require working a schedule that includes most Saturdays, and it is essential to have a flexible approach to meet the demands of the position.
