The position involves processing money movement of client funds under general supervision. The employee will also be responsible for transmitting and receiving messages with the home office, processing securities transactions, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. Additionally, the role involves assisting branch management with audit preparation, supporting client onboarding, monitoring document status, and providing general administrative support. The employee will maintain, process, and update files, records, and other documents, manage inventory, and assist with other operational functions as required. The position may also involve cross-training in various operational tasks and performing other duties as assigned.
