About the position

As a full-time Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team (RRT) member at PNC, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions and selling bank products. This role is designed to support multiple branches in PNC's Milwaukee WI Retail Market, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving loyalty through effective financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty.
• Engage in proactive sales and service activities, identifying referral opportunities from customer interactions.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships and increase share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling and effective lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to effectively solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient branch operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate effective communication skills.
