About The Position

As a Branch Sales Associate at Grainger, you will play a crucial role in providing solutions to walk-in customers, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection and order entry.
• Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style to different audiences in various formats (email, phone, in-person).
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders and shipping products.
• Prepare customer backorders and organize stock received.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Navigate different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Maintain branch appearance through housekeeping tasks.
• Comply with safety guidelines and process standards.
