About the position

InnoBioSurg of America is seeking a motivated Branch Sales Manager to lead the outside sales representative team in redefining dental implantology through minimally invasive technology. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, providing education and training to the sales team, and building strong relationships with dental professionals to promote innovative dental surgical implant devices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct the activities of the outside sales representative team to achieve sales goals in the assigned territories.
  • Provide continuing education, training, and coaching to the outside sales representative team to assist them in achieving sales goals and enhancing their product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, oral surgeons, and dental specialists.
  • Promote and sell InnoBioSurg of America's dental surgical implant devices, educating clients on the benefits and advantages of the products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a sales activity schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with dental professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Provide effective communication between leadership, departments, employees, and external partners.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily cold call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and quarterly territory analyses.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing professional networks.
  • Represent InnoBioSurg of America at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of team leadership experience and proven outside sales experience in the medical industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in the dental industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM software is ideal.
