Responsibilities

• Responsible for Parts and Service Sales financial targets - sales, margins, expenses, net income.
• Continuously focus on improving the performance, productivity, and top line sales on parts and service of the branch location.
• Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions, ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all existing and new customers, resolving any elevated customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or a minimum of 3-5 years prior managerial experience in a related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record for occasional travel.
