Branch Supervisor

The Branch Supervisor position is responsible for developing and strengthening the customer experience by leading a team focused on innovation and the adoption of digital, self-serve, and interactive technologies. The supervisor is tasked with coaching and developing staff to maintain a motivated and professional workforce, managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, and conducting annual performance reviews and disciplinary actions under the guidance of the Retail Administration Manager. The role requires providing excellent customer service with a sales-oriented approach while achieving solutions and sales leadership for the team.
