About the position

The Brand Advocate - Gift Cards Specialist is a full-time role focused on merchandising products at local retail stores while fostering relationships with store personnel. This position is essential for communicating product information and driving sales for a renowned Tech Brand. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, enthusiastic, and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and stock gift cards and products on fixtures according to the planograms.
  • Correct in-store merchandise issues as needed.
  • Work closely with store employees to build partnerships.
  • Replace graphic signage and clean dedicated fixtures and displays.
  • Complete store visit reports, paperwork, and ongoing personal training.
  • Route and manage the schedule independently, ensuring that territory visits are covered.

Requirements

  • 1+ years retail merchandising experience.
  • Ability to drive on behalf of the company with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Available to travel within the designated market.
  • Able and willing to transport supplies and point-of-purchase materials.
  • Must have access to a computer and printer.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
