Mad City Windows and Baths is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Brand Ambassador to join our award-winning team. This role is pivotal in generating new business and expanding our customer base through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be trained in our world-class sales and negotiation tactics, ensuring that you provide the best experience and most information to potential customers. This position is not just about sales; it’s about creating opportunities for growth within the company. We pride ourselves on promoting from within, with 100% of our current marketing leaders having started in entry-level positions. The harder you work, the further you’ll go! Our people are our purpose, and we are looking for individuals who are ready to make a difference. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling free in-home estimates with homeowners and partnering with our sales teams to build opportunities that will grow our customer base. You will be working in a neighborhood canvassing position, which requires a love for the outdoors and a naturally outgoing personality. This is a full-time position with a competitive base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with total compensation potential ranging from $70,000 to $133,000 or more per year. Additionally, we are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus to the right candidate.
