The Brand Ambassador / Administrative Assistant at LYNX Concrete Coatings is a full-time role focused on providing essential administrative support while enhancing the company's brand presence. Responsibilities

• Serve as the key functional arm in administrative support for Events, Marketing, Sales & Installation operations.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries for the company.
• Manage and maintain the scheduling of company appointments and meetings.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate event planning activities, including logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
• Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
• Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing office supplies.
• Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking, receipts & expenses and reporting as needed.
• Assist with calendar management for team members, ensuring efficient use of time.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience in proofreading documents for grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
• Ability to plan and coordinate events effectively.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (2 years preferred).
• Ability to relocate to Holland, OH before starting work.
