About the position

The Brand Ambassador for Dame Mas Tequila will represent the brand in the Aspen/Snowmass and surrounding Colorado Mountain Region, focusing on building brand awareness and creating memorable consumer experiences. This role requires a charismatic individual who can navigate the exclusive lifestyle of the region, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively communicate the brand's message.

Responsibilities

• Act as the refined and polished face of Dame Mas Tequila, providing expert knowledge about the brand and its products.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile consumers, influencers, and local businesses to create brand loyalty.
• Deliver captivating narratives about the tequila's history and craftsmanship to engage and educate various audiences.
• Organize and execute exclusive brand events that align with the brand's standards of elegance.
• Conduct market activities based on insights that align with the brand strategy and report relevant findings to the sales and marketing team.
• Monitor competitors' activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Engage with trade customers and end-consumers to create memorable relationships and facilitate special orders.

Requirements

• Connected to the relevant community and embedded in the local culture.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to captivate an audience.
• Proven experience as a Brand Concierge or in a similar role with lifestyle brands.
• Strong networking capabilities and the ability to forge new relationships.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a bonus.
