About the position

The Brand Ambassador Associate at Capital Vacations is responsible for promoting vacation ownership by engaging with potential customers at various events and resort locations. This role involves setting up and breaking down promotional booths, generating leads, and selling vacation packages while adhering to company policies and training. The position requires travel to different locations and a strong focus on customer interaction and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down booth equipment and promotional materials at events and resort locations.
• Travel to various assigned events and resort locations.
• Maintain knowledge of company programs, systems, services, and resorts.
• Implement and rotate promotional concepts to meet or exceed production goals.
• Adhere to company-approved scripts during customer interactions.
• Meet and exceed production standards for lead generation and sales goals.
• Target demographic locations, events, and resorts for lead generation and sales.
• Use innovative techniques and protocols for brand design.
• Complete all required company training and compliance courses.
• Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of six months of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to operate general office machinery (e.g., phone, computer, copy machine, fax machine, 10-key).
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Competent in public speaking.
• Ability to take initiative and adapt to changes effectively.
• Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and highly self-motivated with dynamic energy.
