About the position

The Brand Ambassador at Resideo will serve as a key representative of the Resideo brand within Security, Comfort, and Connected Home Distributor accounts. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service, fostering relationships, and increasing product awareness by educating clients about Resideo products at various events. The ideal candidate will be based in the greater Atlanta area and will engage with customers to drive sales and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a working knowledge of Resideo-branded products and solutions in areas such as HVAC/R, Fire Safety & Intrusion, and Plumbing.
  • Frequently visit executive channel partner locations in assigned region to merchandise Resideo-branded products.
  • Engage with Resideo product installers, contractors, and distributors in a professional manner, generating new leads and excitement in Resideo products.
  • Create, plan, and execute in-store trainings with distributors and trade partners to provide education on Resideo-branded products.
  • Support Resideo product campaign management through social media engagement and by attending offsite events as required.
  • Support Resideo sales process and drive product sales by influencing & motivating decision making through effective training, communication, and presentations.
  • Attend various external events, including but not limited to trade shows, seminars, and workshops, to educate potential customers and partners about Resideo products and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer reporting and visit information within assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Brand Ambassador, Customer Service Representative, or similar.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check (MVR).
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to effectively market and promote products/services to target audiences.
  • Ability to conduct product and service presentations.
  • Skilled in collecting data and feedback from consumers to help improve marketing strategies.
  • The ability to collaborate and maintain a positive and professional image while interacting with customers.
  • The ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
