About the position

The Brand Ambassador for Beauty and Fragrance at Newark Liberty International Airport is responsible for representing luxury brands and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong sales orientation, the ability to understand customer needs, and the execution of sales through product knowledge and promotions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is enthusiastic about luxury products.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales methods to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Utilize product knowledge and cross-selling techniques to make recommendations to guests and create additional sales.
• Establish a relationship with client staff and leadership to process sales.
• Manage stock at all times and maintain adequate supply of products, testers, gifts, and POS material.
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace through stocking, shelving, and zoning.
• Submit complete and accurate reporting of sales and inventory as needed.
• Reflect the correct brand image at all times by following the set grooming requirements.
• Attend and complete trainings as required.

Requirements

• Sales experience with luxury brands and products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge and experience of luxury sales in liquor, cosmetics, or fragrance.
• Fluency in English and in one or more additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Hebrew, Greek, Hindi, French, or Italian.
