About the position

As a Brand Ambassador for Tri-Eagle Sales, you will play a crucial role in promoting and representing the company and its products, particularly in the beer industry. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to the company's FISH philosophy and values. You will be involved in various trade calls, promotions, and events, assisting in both on-premise and off-premise accounts. Your responsibilities will include communicating opportunities to the Sales Team Leader, developing impactful promotions, and participating in special events. You will also be expected to learn about the beer industry, including merchandising, point of sale, and proper draught pouring techniques. In addition to promotional activities, you will be responsible for sales execution, which involves setting up merchandise displays, assisting sales personnel, and building rapport with retailers and consumers. Your role will require you to evaluate market conditions and competitive activities, ensuring that Tri-Eagle Sales products are well-represented and that customer service remains a top priority. You will also need to maintain accurate records and adhere to safety policies while performing your duties. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about the beverage industry and enjoy engaging with customers. You will need to be at least 21 years old due to the nature of alcohol sales and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as basic mathematical abilities to handle transactions and inventory management. The role may involve physical demands, including lifting and moving products, and working in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Tri-Eagle Sales trade calls in On and Off-Premise accounts.
  • Communicate contemporary adult opportunities to the Sales Team Leader.
  • Assist with Tri-Eagle Sales sponsored events and promotions.
  • Develop and implement creative impactful promotions and samplings at assigned accounts.
  • Work special events and other promotional activities not associated specifically with contemporary adult accounts.
  • Learn various aspects of the beer industry including rotation, merchandising and point of sale.
  • Learn proper draught pouring and cleaning procedures.
  • Recommend Tri-Eagle Sales event plan as part of the annual marketing plan.
  • Set up merchandise and sales promotion display or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
  • Work with sales personnel to assist with building displays in various accounts.
  • Build rapport with retailers and consumers and sell A-B products, service, and quality message at all times.
  • Assist with evaluating market conditions, competitive activity, and opportunities in key retail accounts.
  • Assist with selling-in and monitoring the condition of permanent and paper P.O.S. in contemporary adult accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to alcohol sales.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D).
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must maintain current State of Florida Driver's License for required travel.
