About the position

The Brand Ambassador/Canvasser role at Windows Plus involves promoting the company's home improvement services through direct engagement with potential customers. This position focuses on lead generation, setting sales appointments, and effectively communicating the benefits of Windows Plus products. The role requires a dynamic personality and the ability to work in various environments, including door-to-door canvassing and events.

Responsibilities

• Perform door-to-door and event introductions of Windows Plus products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Distribute flyers to nearby neighbors and event attendees.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, and policies to persuade homeowners.
• Provide confident answers to questions and handle objections effectively.
• Visit customer installations for additional tasks, if applicable.
• Consistently meet Windows Plus KPI standards.
• Memorize and recite sales scripts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Fluency in English required.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing-related business practices in events and canvassing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Outgoing and extraverted personality type.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in show marketing is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time is preferred.
