About the position

Windows Plus is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to promote its home improvement services through door-to-door canvassing and event marketing. This role focuses on generating leads, scheduling sales appointments, and effectively communicating the benefits of Windows Plus products to potential customers. The position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with strong interpersonal skills to earn competitive compensation based on performance while helping homeowners achieve their dream homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform door-to-door and event introductions of Windows Plus products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives through canvassing and events.
• Distribute flyers to nearby neighbors and event attendees.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to persuade homeowners to agree to proposal appointments.
• Provide confident answers to questions and handle objections effectively.
• Visit customer installations for additional tasks, if applicable.
• Consistently meet Windows Plus KPI standards.
• Memorize and recite sales scripts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Fluency in English required.
• 1 year of experience as a Brand Ambassador/Canvasser preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing-related business practices in events and canvassing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Outgoing and extraverted personality type.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in show marketing or similar roles.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
