Full-time - Entry Level

About the position

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our brand and promote our products to potential customers, retailers, and the community. Your role is vital in building brand awareness, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales through education and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct brand pop-ups and budtender trainings throughout California
  • Work with Brand Manager to capture content (videos and photos) during pop-ups, site visits, and events
  • Attend events as needed
  • Visit retailers to support their stores alongside our products
  • Ensure the company's product placement standards are upheld at retail locations
  • Identify merchandising opportunities (e.g., signs, retractable banners, etc.)
  • Stay up to date on multiple in-house brands and the products in which the brands create
  • Communicate with and work alongside fellow Brand Ambassadors and the Field Marketing Manager to collaborate on methods for increasing brand awareness
  • Perform all other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • 21+ only
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the cannabis or related industries
  • Strong understanding of cannabis products, regulations, and consumer preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Transportation availability for various errands and in-person payment deliveries with the ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, computers, excel, current software, and other office tools
  • Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in the English language
