In addition to managing goodwill programs, the Brand Ambassador Clerk assists in the preparation and coordination of special events. This involves tasks such as advertising events, contacting venues and vendors for pricing and availability, and providing on-site support during events. The events can range from small gatherings to large productions, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The position also involves performing other related duties and special project functions as assigned, making it a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges. The Brand Ambassador Clerk reports directly to the Internal Services Senior Manager and is expected to communicate effectively with all levels of management, including executives and VIPs. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company's goodwill and employee recognition programs.
  • Oversee the distribution of awards, baby gifts, sympathy floral arrangements, and greeting cards.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
