About the position

T-ROC is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent Hisense at various events and in-store demonstrations. As a key partner with Hisense, you will engage with customers and sales representatives to promote Hisense products effectively. This role is pivotal in building brand recognition and increasing awareness of Hisense within the consumer electronics sector, particularly in collaboration with major national retailers. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for training store associates on the Hisense product portfolio, ensuring they can communicate product benefits to customers effectively. In addition to training, the Brand Ambassador will visit assigned retail locations regularly to ensure that Hisense products are displayed correctly, merchandised effectively, and maintained in a neat and functional condition. This includes setting up and tearing down events, demoing products, and assisting in training sales representatives. The role requires a proactive approach to connect with local retail partners and management to identify opportunities for enhancing product visibility and sales. Achieving sales targets through effective training, merchandising, and direct customer engagement at events is a critical aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

• Train store associates to understand the Hisense product portfolio and communicate this to customers.
• Visit stores at assigned frequency to ensure products are properly displayed, merchandised, and maintained.
• Connect with local retail partner stores, field, and district management to identify regional opportunities.
• Ensure point of purchase materials are in place and products are properly priced.
• Achieve sales targets through training, merchandising, and direct selling to customers at specified events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in retail home electronics, home appliance, or home technology is mandatory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items up to 30 pounds.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to use technology to record work and time.
• Reliable transportation, auto liability insurance, and a clean driving record are required.
