Responsibilities
- Visit job sites and customers upon completion of work
- Deliver gifts to customers to thank them for their business
- Field customer concerns and relay them to the office
- Explain the details of the customer referral rewards program
- Discuss potential projects that customers may be considering
- Take before, during, and after photos of workmanship
- Assist customers with posting online reviews on social media
- Distribute flyers to nearby neighbors to generate new interest
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Outgoing, extraverted personality type
- Polished and professional image
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong employment references
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Decent driving history
- Clean criminal background
