About the position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is urgently hiring Retail Merchandising Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with in-store management and acting as a liaison between our clients and the management teams. Your primary focus will be to complete all assigned work accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that our clients' needs are met effectively. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of in-store products, allowing you to engage with different merchandise and contribute to the overall success of the retail environment. As a Retail Merchandising Representative, you will undertake various projects, including new item cut-ins, audits, stocking, inventory management, and resets. While most projects allow you to set your own schedule, there are specific resets that require you to arrive on a designated date and time. This flexibility is designed to accommodate your work-life balance while ensuring that critical tasks are completed as per client requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to take photos and report your work through our company app, which is essential for maintaining accurate records and communication with our clients. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also possess a problem-solving and service-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, along with a background in retail, merchandising, or stocking. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and have the ability to operate our company app on either iOS or Android devices. A current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required for this position. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

Requirements
