About the position

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent an innovative AI shopping tool, engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Your role is crucial in demonstrating the product's functionality and ensuring customer satisfaction, making you the face of the brand in various retail locations.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers as they enter the store and demonstrating how the products work.
  • Assisting customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure a smooth and seamless journey from onboarding to checkout.
  • Acting as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise.
  • Gathering feedback from customers and reporting on their experience.
  • Ensuring that opening and closing tasks are completed.

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented approach with a demonstrated experience in driving exceptional customer service.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor, able to build lasting relationships with customers and store staff.
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve on the spot as issues arise.
  • Ambitious and sales-driven, with a willingness to grow at a small technology start-up.
  • Interest in technology and its impact on the retail landscape.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous working experience as an on-site promoter or in retail or hospitality.
