As a Brand Ambassador for Champion Windows, you will play a crucial role in promoting our product lines and engaging with potential clients in various settings, including home shows, festivals, and other events. This part-time position is designed for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are eager to represent our brand and showcase our high-quality windows and home exterior products. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments through canvassing efforts, demonstrating products, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients. You will be expected to stay informed about current product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with prospects and answer their questions. In this role, you will also be responsible for setting up and breaking down booths at events, contributing to the company culture through social media engagement, and utilizing mobile technology for data entry. The ideal candidate will possess a self-motivated and competitive spirit, with a strong ability to engage prospects consistently. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and maintain a clean driving record with reliable transportation. This position requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work weekends and travel up to 10% of the time. The compensation for this position includes an hourly base pay ranging from $15.00 to $19.00, along with a commission structure that allows high-performing individuals to earn between $750 to $1500 per week, depending on various factors such as experience and market location. Responsibilities

  • Approach/engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
  • Door-to-door residential appointment setting
  • Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
  • Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
  • Be up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
  • Consistent reliability and availability
  • Display professional time management
  • Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team
  • Assist with booth setup and breakdown
  • Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
  • Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Self-motivated and competitive spirit
  • Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
  • Ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours
  • Willing to travel 10%
