About the position

As a Field Marketer for Champion Window, you will play a crucial role in promoting our product lines and acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients. This position is designed for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are eager to engage with the public and showcase our Champion Windows and Home Exterior products. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments while canvassing at various events such as home shows, festivals, and conventions. Your role will involve direct interaction with potential customers, demonstrating our products, and effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings. In this position, you will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards. A positive attitude is essential, as you will be representing our brand in various public settings. You will need to stay informed about current product knowledge and promotions to effectively engage with prospects. Your responsibilities will also include setting in-home estimate appointments for our sales team, assisting with booth setup and breakdown at events, and contributing to our internal social media platforms to enhance company culture. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a competitive spirit who can engage prospects consistently. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a clean driving record with reliable transportation. The ability to work weekends is necessary, and you should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. This position offers a base pay of $18 to $20 per hour, with the potential for additional commission based on performance, making it an exciting opportunity for those looking to thrive in a dynamic marketing environment.

  • Door-to-door residential appointment setting

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Self-motivated and competitive spirit
  • Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
