About the position

As a Brand Ambassador (Events) for Champion Window, you will play a crucial role in marketing our product lines by engaging with potential clients at various events, including home shows, festivals, and conventions. This position is designed for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are eager to represent our brand and showcase our Champion Windows and Home Exterior products. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments while canvassing and demonstrating our products to prospects, making you a vital part of our marketing team. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, requiring a positive and energetic demeanor to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings. In this position, you will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards. You will also need to stay informed about current product knowledge and promotions to engage prospects effectively. Your responsibilities will include door-to-door residential appointment setting, assisting with booth setup and breakdown at events, and contributing to our internal social media platforms to enhance company culture. The role requires consistent reliability and availability, as well as excellent time management skills to ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently. This is a full-time or part-time role with a base pay of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus commission. High-performing individuals have the potential to earn significantly more, with weekly commissions ranging from $750 to $1500 or more, depending on performance. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Self-motivated and competitive spirit
  • Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
  • Ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours
