About the position

As a Brand Ambassador (Events) for Champion Window, you will play a crucial role in marketing our product lines by engaging with potential clients at various events, including home shows, festivals, and conventions. This position is designed for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are eager to represent our brand and showcase our Champion Windows and Home Exterior products. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments while canvassing and demonstrating our products to prospects, making you a vital part of our marketing team. In this role, you will approach and engage potential prospects, setting appointments door-to-door and at events. Maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude is essential, as you will be the face of our brand. You will also need to stay informed about current product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with clients. Reliability and availability are key, as you will be expected to contribute to the team’s success by managing your time effectively and assisting with booth setup and breakdown at events. This position offers a base pay of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with the potential for additional earnings through a commission-based structure. High-performing individuals can earn between $15-$19 per hour, along with a weekly commission ranging from $750 to $1500 or more, depending on performance and other factors such as experience and market location. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Self-motivated and competitive spirit
  • Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
  • Ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours
