About the position

As a Field Marketer for Champion Window, you will play a crucial role in promoting our product lines and acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients. This part-time position is perfect for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are eager to engage with the community at various events, including home shows, festivals, and conventions. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments while canvassing and demonstrating Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects. We are looking for someone who embodies a positive and energetic demeanor, as you will be directly interacting with clients and representing our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for approaching and engaging potential prospects, maintaining company standards for appearance and attire, and ensuring a consistent positive attitude in the workplace. You will need to stay updated with current product knowledge and promotions, demonstrate reliability and availability, and exhibit professional time management skills. Additionally, you will assist with booth setup and breakdown at events, contribute to internal social media platforms, and utilize data entry on various mobile technologies. The compensation for this position includes an hourly base pay ranging from $15.00 to $19.00, plus commission. High-performing individuals can potentially earn between $750 to $1500 per week in commissions, depending on various factors such as experience and market location. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Self-motivated and competitive spirit
  • Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
  • Ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours
  • Willing to travel 10%
