The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective customers through face-to-face conversations, sharing information about the vacation club experience, and inviting them to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations. In this sales-based role, the Community Marketing Agent will serve as a positive and professional representative of Wyndham Destinations. The agent will greet and present information to potential customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales-preview tour. It is essential to screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines, make sales-tour reservations, and collect required deposits. The role requires maintaining minimum performance goals and adhering to all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Community Marketing Agent is expected to attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, stay current on marketing information and materials, and keep up with industry trends. Setting and reviewing performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis is also part of the job responsibilities.
