The Brand Ambassador / Field Marketing Rep role at Mammoth Distribution is designed for an energetic individual passionate about cannabis. This position focuses on promoting the company's product portfolio through engaging with consumers and budtenders, educating them on product benefits, and driving sales through various marketing activities. The role requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams to achieve field marketing objectives and enhance product visibility in the market.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to understand sales strategy/goals and related field marketing activities.
• Make a plan each week to fulfill field marketing objectives including demos/events optimized for maximum foot traffic.
• Invite product trial and sampling.
• Provide merchandising assistance and communication outreach.
• Utilize social media authentically to engage and influence consumers.
• Educate budtenders and consumers on the unique value proposition for products.
• Identify opportunities to further education efforts and submit plans to achieve education goals.
• Seek new ways to engage with customers and budtenders.
• Understand sales/business priorities and help with sell-through by executing designated tactics.
• Cultivate successful relationships with buyers, managers, budtenders, and customers.
• Help organize and activate events.
• Participate in outreach to engage and connect with potential customers.
• Champion the company, mission, brands, and products.
• Support planning and coordination with key sales leaders, marketing, product, and operations to create unique consumer experiences.
• Drive/travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Be flexible and open to working a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in a similar position.
• Cannabis knowledge and experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and efficient with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with an understanding of ROI.
