About the position

The Brand Ambassador for Chilled Oat Bars will be responsible for executing product sampling demonstrations at assigned grocery retailers. This role involves educating customers about the product's benefits, encouraging them to sample, and driving sales through engaging interactions. The position is part-time, requiring availability on weekends, and includes paid training.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned grocery retailers to execute 3-hour product demos.
• Educate customers on the key benefits of the product.
• Encourage customers to take samples and make purchases on-site.
• Meet sales metrics set for each demo and qualify for bonuses based on performance.
• Complete a paid virtual training course prior to the first demo.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in in-store retail product demos (preferred).
• Energetic and relatable personality.
• Ability to follow directions and engage customers effectively.
• Passionate about super foods.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working with similar brands.
• Knowledge of Promomash.
