As a Full-Time Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren, you will play a crucial role in delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and delivering on sales and profit performance metrics. You will support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results. Your creativity will be essential in finding new ways to engage clients and expand the customer base. As a Brand Ambassador, you will embody the customer experience expectations set forth by Ralph Lauren, ensuring that every interaction is consistent with the brand's image and values. You will also engage in community outreach and client initiatives, acting as a champion for Ralph Lauren's core values. Embracing new technologies and alternative shopping methods will be part of your responsibilities, as you work to strengthen customer connectivity and broaden accessibility to product discovery. Maintaining exceptional productivity standards and upholding company policies and procedures will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, you will provide ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities within the store, ensuring that sales floor standards are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends, and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required).
  • Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
  • Planning and prioritization/time management skills.
