About the position

The Brand Ambassador at Gameday Men's Health is responsible for leading ground marketing efforts to promote the clinic's services, including testosterone replacement therapy and wellness treatments. This role focuses on developing strategic initiatives to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and engage with the local community through partnerships and events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive grass roots strategy to generate leads for Gameday Men's Health.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, gyms, wellness centers, doctors' offices, and community organizations to promote our services.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in local events, health fairs, and community gatherings to showcase our offerings and engage with potential clients.
  • Organize and conduct health screenings, educational workshops, and seminars in collaboration with community partners to educate the public about men's health topics and our services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, key stakeholders, and referral sources to expand our client base.
  • Lead Management - regularly calling new leads as they come in to get them scheduled.
  • Collaborate with the management team to integrate ground marketing efforts with online and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of grass roots campaigns and initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and local market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ground marketing, community outreach, event management, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate partnerships effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background or skills in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google SEO, TikTok, Canva, etc., is a plus.
  • Sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of men's health topics, wellness industry, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
