The role is designed for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and technology, providing flexible working hours, and is expected to last for 2-3 months with potential extensions.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers as they enter the store and demonstrating how the products work.
  • Assisting customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure a smooth and seamless journey from onboarding to checkout.
  • Acting as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise.
  • Gathering feedback from customers and reporting on their experience.
