About the position

Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador/In-Store Lead Generator to join our team in Omaha, NE. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with a pay rate ranging from $16 to $25 per hour, including uncapped commission opportunities. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand at partnered retail home improvement locations, engaging with customers to discuss energy savings, heating and cooling upgrades, and air quality improvements. Your primary goal will be to schedule free in-home consultations for our industry experts to follow up on, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and solutions for their needs. In this role, you will be trained to understand our products and services, so prior knowledge of heating and cooling systems is not required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a natural ability to connect with people. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrating our brand's values and benefits to potential customers. The position requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and represent the brand effectively.
  • Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality is acceptable in place of experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
