About the position

The Brand Ambassador Intern position at BIG NIL Inc. is designed for students who are currently enrolled in school and live on or near campus. This role focuses on promoting student-athlete opportunities and merchandise through the NIL platform, allowing student-athletes to monetize their personal brands. The intern will work both on-campus and remotely, engaging with student-athletes and developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote Big NIL's student-athlete opportunities and custom products through NIL.
• Search and contact student-athletes via in-person, online, and social networking.
• Research student-athletes and invite them to sign up with Big NIL.
• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating student-athlete candidates.
• Develop social media strategies to engage student-athletes and respond to metrics.
• Create product marketing campaigns to secure new student-athletes.
• Develop website content, including blogs, to attract new student-athletes.
• Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
• Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and activations.
• Develop strategies for increasing student-athlete and fan engagement.
• Assist with photo/video content shoots.
• Ensure brand message consistency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in school and living on-campus or nearby.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Previous experience in Brand Ambassador/Marketing roles is highly recommended.
• Strong understanding of college/high school sports and fan apparel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social media marketing.
• Knowledge of local/school community and student-athletes.
