About the position

The Brand Ambassador Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the regional activities and performance of the brand ambassador team. This role focuses on ensuring brand consistency, enhancing customer experiences through promotional activities, and driving brand engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a passion for brand advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring motivation and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Provide training and ongoing coaching to brand ambassadors to maintain high standards of brand representation.
  • Schedule and manage shifts, ensuring adequate coverage for events and activities.
  • Manage the state's inventory of displays and SWAG.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, product launches, and other brand activities in collaboration with the National Field Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure brand ambassadors effectively communicate the brand's message and values to customers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Foster positive interactions between brand ambassadors and customers to enhance customer experiences.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve brand perception.
  • Address any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Track and report on the performance of brand ambassadors and promotional activities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing brand engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Field Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional activities with overall marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to coordinate events and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous retail (cannabis) sales experience preferred.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written communication and outgoing personality.
  • Strong public speaking skills to engage with audiences confidently.
  • Experience in data collection for market research purposes.
  • Proficiency in social media management for brand promotion.
  • Willing to travel.
