About the position

The Sales Brand Ambassador for LINDBERG will serve the Georgia territory and surrounding areas, acting as the face of the brand. This role focuses on achieving net sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and maximizing sales through effective training and marketing strategies. The ambassador will collaborate with the Kering Eyewear Sales team and report to the LINDBERG US Sales Manager, contributing to the overall success of the brand in the luxury eyewear market.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Net Sales Targets in the assigned territory
  • Build appropriate door distribution in a qualitative manner
  • Develop strong relationships with customers for long-term partnerships
  • Synergize with the Kering Eyewear Sales team to achieve a balanced brand sales portfolio
  • Present and maximize the sell-in sales of Optical frames and Sunglasses
  • Work with customers to maximize sell-through sales with visibility and trade marketing programs
  • Provide in-store training to maximize sales and share product knowledge
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to upper management
  • Cooperate with the Kering Eyewear team in the US and LINDBERG in Aarhus, Denmark
  • Attend sales events

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers
  • Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments
  • Available to travel up to 80% of the time to visit clients
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
