About the position

The Brand Ambassador Manager at Bath Experts is responsible for leading marketing efforts in their assigned territory to promote the Bath Experts brand and enhance customer experiences, ultimately driving sales. This full-time role requires an outgoing personality, effective communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, with evening and weekend availability necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the event marketing team in your assigned territory by developing and driving event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads.
  • Manage the event calendar for a team of event marketers, including identifying, scheduling, planning events, and accountability for results.
  • Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promoting the Bath Experts brand.
  • Represent the Bath Experts brand at marketing events, including planning, coordination, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about products and services while showcasing Bath Experts' value and expertise.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all Bath Experts' service and product offerings.
  • Obtain complete information from clients for scheduling appointments.
  • Provide additional marketing support by calling inbound/outbound leads and performing various marketing-related tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, and lead generation experience required.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred but not required.
  • Industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large branded items.
  • An outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to drive a conversation.
  • Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
