About the position

The Brand Ambassador Manager at Moore Water Treatment is responsible for leading a team focused on marketing strategies and lead generation. This role involves hiring, training, and motivating team members, as well as overseeing appointment scheduling and data entry. The manager will work closely with management to set objectives and develop marketing strategies, ensuring effective operations in various retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and motivate a team of appointment setters and kiosk personnel.
• Oversee multiple sources of lead generation, including kiosks in big box and home improvement stores.
• Assist management in setting marketing objectives and strategies.
• Manage data entry needs, including inputting new customers and filling out production reports.
• Ensure team meets deadlines and maintains high performance standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of management experience (preferred).
• Experience in telemarketing and appointment setting.
