About the position

The Part-Time Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in Milpitas is responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. This role emphasizes teamwork, curiosity, resourcefulness, and inclusivity, ensuring that customers feel valued and engaged during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
• Work with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
• Operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.

Requirements

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
