About the position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you will be the face of the company, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for every guest. Your role involves engaging with customers, educating them about products, and promoting brand loyalty while embodying the company's values. This position requires a passion for the brand and a commitment to teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding products.
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly work in various zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
