About the position

The Brand Ambassador will serve as the face of an innovative AI shopping tool, engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience in retail environments. This role focuses on promoting the product, assisting customers throughout their shopping journey, and ensuring a seamless integration of technology in-store. The Brand Ambassador will also gather customer feedback and act as a resource for both customers and store staff.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers as they enter the store and demonstrating how the products work.
  • Assisting customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure a smooth and seamless journey from onboarding to checkout completion.
  • Acting as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise.
  • Gathering feedback from customers and reporting on their experience.
  • Ensuring that opening and closing tasks are completed.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a demonstrated experience in driving exceptional customer service.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous working experience as an on-site promoter or in retail or hospitality.
  • Interest in technology and how it shapes the retail landscape.
