About the position

The Brand Ambassador will serve as the face of a high-profile cannabis brand, representing the company at various events and retail locations. This role involves engaging with consumers, educating them about products, and building relationships within the community. The position requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a good understanding of the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and goal-driven priorities
• Educate consumers and bud tenders on the products
• Engage and educate consumers via product sampling demos at designated retail accounts
• Create respectful relationships with buyers, managers, budtenders, customers, and the community
• Coordinate, setup, and break-down representation at dispensary pop-up events and cannabis industry events
• Have a good understanding of our products and brands
• Help prepare for involvement in community organizations and events
• Go above and beyond and be capable of wearing multiple hats
• Be flexible and open to working a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Utilize social media to engage consumers
• Drive/travel throughout the assigned territory

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Sales experience
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of social media practices
• Time management skills
• Entry-level experience
• Marketing knowledge

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role
