About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at Cultivated Agency involves representing the company's brands in the nicotine, cannabis, and hemp sectors. This position is crucial for implementing sales and marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement and retention. The Brand Ambassador will engage directly with consumers, promote products, and build relationships to drive sales through in-person demonstrations and grassroots marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Bring awareness to our brands through influencing and guerilla marketing activities.
• Uphold the company's reputation and explain to customers why you believe in the brand and its products.
• Educate customers about products through in-person promotions and demonstrations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings.
• Organize and coordinate retail and wholesale demonstrations with marketing and sales teams.
• Build rapport with new and existing customers to gain loyalty.
• Engage with customers at events, expos, and trade shows.
• Assist in setting up product displays and demonstration areas.
• Collect data on customer interactions and feedback for market research.
• Collaborate with other Brand Ambassadors for coverage at events.
• Commit to a minimum of two promotions daily for at least four days per week.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience with brand, product, or influencer marketing (2+ preferred).
• Proactive attitude towards learning about new products and market trends.
• Interest in cannabis, nicotine, hemp, and related industries.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Self-starter mindset with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in cannabis, nicotine, and/or hemp industries.
