Brand Ambassador (Northern MI)

About the position

Kushy Punch is seeking experienced and motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent our brands in the Northern Michigan territory. The role involves engaging with potential customers at various events to increase brand awareness and drive product sales, while also providing training to dispensary staff and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and organizing product displays at various dispensaries.
• Leading and coordinating vendor days at dispensaries across the region.
• Providing training to dispensary staff about our products and brand values.
• Actively engaging with consumers and stakeholders to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
• Representing the brands at various events and promotional activities.
• Collecting and reporting customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the cannabis industry.
• Strong understanding of the cannabis market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a go-getter attitude and a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the designated territory.
