Responsibilities

• Support non-traditional marketing efforts of Renewal by Andersen.
• Nurture relationships with potential customers and event producers.
• Inform potential customers about products and services.
• Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations with the sales team.
• Set up and tear down events at various locations.
• Interact with the general public and provide product information.
• Advise customers on projects and how the company can assist them.
• Meet or exceed appointment-setting and quality goals.
• Handle every prospect, customer, and co-worker with empathy and world-class service.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1 - 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
