Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is urgently hiring Retail Merchandising Representatives who are dedicated to building strong relationships with in-store management and acting as a liaison between clients and management. This role is crucial for ensuring that all merchandising tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. As a Retail Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for working with a variety of in-store products and completing various projects, including new item cut-ins, audits, stocking, inventory management, and resets. In this position, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule for most projects, allowing you to manage your time effectively. However, it is important to note that some resets require you to arrive on a specific date and at a set time, which is non-negotiable. You will also be required to take photos and report your work using the company app, ensuring that all tasks are documented and communicated effectively. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail environment and are committed to delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience, along with a background in retail, merchandising, or stocking. A problem-solving mindset and a service-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable working a flexible schedule, operating the company app on either iOS or Android devices, and must have a current, valid driver's license along with reliable transportation. The ability to work independently or as part of a team is also crucial, as is proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
