As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting an innovative AI shopping tool designed to enhance the retail experience for customers. This position requires you to be the face of the brand, engaging with customers as they enter the store and demonstrating how the product works. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers throughout their shopping journey, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from onboarding to checkout completion. You will act as the go-to resource for both customers and store staff, resolving any issues that arise and gathering feedback to report on customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, has a friendly demeanor, and is eager to provide exceptional customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where your ability to think on your feet and problem-solve will be essential. Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers as they enter the store and demonstrating how the products work.
  • Assisting customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure a smooth and seamless journey from onboarding to checkout completion.
  • Acting as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise.
  • Gathering feedback from customers and reporting on their experience.
  • Ensuring that opening and closing tasks are completed.
