About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at Prime Shrimp involves representing the brand in grocery stores and community events, promoting products, and engaging with customers to increase brand awareness and drive sales. This part-time position requires enthusiasm and a dynamic personality to effectively communicate the brand's story and product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Positively represent the brand and attract customers to sample shrimp at various retail locations and events.
• Host product demos, prepare samples, and set up and take down demo stations.
• Discuss, educate, and answer questions about ingredients, the brand's story, processes, and product differentiation.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing lead to support all marketing and sales initiatives.
• Follow all safety and sanitary guidelines as posted/instructed.
• Schedule and complete 8-10 demos a month across the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a B.S. or B.A. in Business, Marketing, or a similar field, or have 1+ years of business-to-customer practical sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable source of transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High energy and outgoing personality with a passion for food.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
